<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th <br /> <br />day of August, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Lineba~ger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Brennan and Hess and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6134 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Rosaville in the area bounded by Capitol View on the <br /> <br />south, Bismarch Avenue on the north, Western Avenue on the wast <br /> <br />and Marion Street on the east by the installation of storm sewer <br /> <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council <br /> <br />on August 12, 1974, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br /> <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
