<br />in the office of the City Man?ger, is approved, and the <br />Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessment on September 5, <br />1974, at the City Hall, 270l North Lexington, in the City <br />of Roseville, at 7:00 o'clock p. m. The notice shall state <br />the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature <br />of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, the total <br />cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on <br />file with the Manager, and that written or oral objections <br />thereto by any property owner will be considered. Tt shall be <br />published in the official newspaper of the c;ty at least once, and <br />shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the <br />assessment roll, not less than two weeksprior to the date of <br />said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of <br />said parcels shall be those shown as such on the records of the <br />County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear <br />on such records (other than owners of property which is tax <br />exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to <br />have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing <br />that the County Treasurer include his name on the records for <br />this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
