<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 26th <br /> <br />day of August, 1974 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Brennan introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-l7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Rosevil1e on Sherren Street extended to Nancy <br /> <br />Place and Nancy Place from Sherren Street to Sandhurst Drive and <br /> <br />Sandhurst Drive from Nancy Place to Victoria Street by the <br /> <br />installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, bituminous surfacing and drainage and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on August 12, 1974, is hereby <br /> <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of <br /> <br />property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429a035. <br />
