<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD AUGUST 26, 1974 <br /> <br />********************* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of <br />August, 1974, at 7:30 P.~1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Cotmcilmen Hess, Demos, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6149 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement <br />wi th the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following pur- <br />pose, to-wit: <br /> <br />To install a traffic signal with street lights at the <br />intersection of Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling Avenue) and <br />Lydia Avenue, in accordance with Agreement No. 57757, a <br />copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby <br />authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf <br />of the City all of the contractual oblications contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Hess and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and <br />correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the Council <br />
