<br />RESOLUTION NO. 615 <br /> <br />1~IERE^S, Robert Moore is hereby hired and appointed Village Engineer <br />of the Village of Roseville on the following terms: <br /> <br />l. That providing employment is satisfactory his salary <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />October (> 1962 $10,500 per year <br />v, <br />January l~ ]964 11,000 per year <br />January 1, 1965 11,500 per year <br />.J anuary I, 1966 12,OOO per year <br /> <br />2. That said Robert Moore shall be granted ten days vacation <br />per year, after fulfilling one satisfactory year as Village <br />Engineer, or after October 8, 1963. <br /> <br />3. That said Robert Hoore is hereby given sick leave of absence, <br />based on one day per month~ not to exceed 120 days total <br />accumulated. <br /> <br />4. That his \\'orking day shall be 8:00 o'clock A.~'. to 4:30 <br />o'clock P.~l., any time in excess will not be overtime. <br /> <br />5. The duties of said Robert ~100re shall be set by the Vi llage <br />Council of the Village of Roseville; shall also be those <br />duties set forth in t1innesota Statutes; and also include the <br />following. <br /> <br />A. He shall exercise jurisdiction over all engineering work <br />carried on by or contracted by the Villare. <br /> <br />B. He shall exercise administrative control over the <br />Engineering Department. <br /> <br />6. That said Robert tloore can be discharged at any time, by vote <br />of at least three members of the Council and that he is <br />entitled to thirty days pay. <br /> <br />TIlat it is the intention of the Council that this is a consideration of <br />the duties of said Robert Moore, and that he accepts them by commencing <br />work on October 8, 1962. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />by the Council this 17th day of <br /> <br />sePtem~:... . /. 0':;' <br />/~~ / 12~ ' <br />~d~ ~.' <br />/ 111age Clerk- <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
