<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
<br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the
<br />Village Hall in said Village on September /7 , 1962, at
<br />8:00 p.m. The following members were present:

<br />Resolution and moved its adoption.

<br />RESOLUTION NO. (~/ t:,

<br />WHEREAS, Sections 8.120, 8.220, 9.120 and 10.260
<br />of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville pertain to
<br />screening requirements; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in each of said sections of the Village
<br />Code certain screening requirements are to be approved by
<br />the Village Council; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Section 7.110 of the Village Code of the
<br />Village of Roseville requires certain screening; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council
<br />to provide the public with examples of screening that would
<br />normally be approved by the Village Council in the above
<br />cited Code sections, and further, to provide examples of the
<br />screening requirements of Section 7.110 of the Village Code,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR
<br />TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOVJS:
<br />
<br />1. Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
<br />hereof, is hereby approved as examples to fulfill the
<br />screening requirements as set forth in the above sections of
<br />the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, and approved
<br />by the Village Council.
