<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON Sept. 9 ' 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of Sept. ,1974, <br />at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6163 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br />A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, <br />the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a <br />certain street in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of the changes in <br />the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public <br />interest to vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />vacates the public street over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />That portion of Grandview from the west <br />right-of-way line of Matilda to 130 feet <br />east of the east right-of-way line of <br />Western and the north 1/2 of Bismarck <br />Avenue from Galtier west to a point 190 <br />feet west of the centerline of Auerbach <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Brennan , and upon a vote being <br />
