<br />- 2- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $1,025 in the Park Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting from prior years' levies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COONCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the <br />1974 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $24,000 <br />from $24,000 to -0-. <br /> <br />2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 3 - 1963 by <br />$110,000 from $110,000 to -0-. <br /> <br />3. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds - Series 4, 1963 by <br />$5,000 from $20,900 to $15,900. <br /> <br />4. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds - Series F <br />by $62,000 from $75,000 to $13,000. <br /> <br />5. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for General Obligation Ice Arena Revenue Bonds, <br />1968 by $1,063 from $43,800 to $42,737. <br /> <br />6. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for General Improvement Bonds - Series 2, 1966 <br />by $77,000 from $77,000 to -0-. <br /> <br />7. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for General Improvement Bonds - Series 4 - 1968 <br />by $88,000 from $119,000 to $31,000. <br /> <br />8. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1974 <br />tax levy for Park Bonds of 1962 by $1,025 from $48,800 to <br />$47,775. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Mem rer Brennan and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
