<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Ci ty Counei 1 <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Caunci 1 of the City of Rasevi 11 e, Ramsey County, y.1i nnesota, Vias duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />f1onday, the <br /> <br />Seventh <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock PJ1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ;'layor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Demos, liess and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following \A/ere absent: [lone <br /> <br />Hember <br /> <br />Demos <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6173 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTION~lENT OF ASSESSr4ENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />\~HEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the Ci ty <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br />
