<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEET ING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br /> <br />November 18, 1974 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the l8thdayof <br />November, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 6178 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE ROSEVILLE CI'IY COUNCIL did enter into an <br />agreement with Ellerbe Architects to provide architectural services <br />relating to the design and construction of the proposed new city <br />hall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 5, 1974, the Roseville Citizens did <br />approve issuance of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of <br />$850,000 to support the construction costs of a new city hall; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the City 1'<1anager direct Ellerbe <br />Architects to execute the remainder of their contract for the new <br />City Hall. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Demos and upon a vote being held thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All t <br />pres en: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: N <br />one <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
