<br />WHEREAS, the buildings on said land are in such <br />a deteriorated condition that repair is impossible and said buildings <br />presently constitute an attractive nuisance and are unfit for human <br />habitation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the dangers <br />to public health and public safety, said buildings must be razed and <br />removed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Mayor and Manager are instructed to execute the <br />Order, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made <br />a part hereof by reference, and the City Attorneys are instructed to take <br />whatever action is necessary in order to conclude the razing and removal <br />of said hazardous buildings. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by member Brennan , and upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same:. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
