Sch ulze, <br /> <br />Jeffery Schulze and Gregory Schulze are the apparent record owners of the <br /> <br />following described real property situated in the County of Ramsey, <br /> <br />State of Minnesda and within the boundaries of the City of Roseville: <br /> <br />Subject to Cleveland Avenue, the South Five (5) <br />acres of the North Eight (8) acres of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br />of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />D. The buildings located on each of the above parcels <br /> <br />of land are causing present danger to public health and public safety <br /> <br />by reason of their deteriorated condition and unfitness for human <br /> <br />habitation. Said buildings are creating an attractive nuisance resulting <br /> <br />in vandalism and are creating a potential fire hazard. <br /> <br />E. The buildings on each of the above parcels of land <br /> <br />are in such a deteriorated condition that repair is impossible, and in <br /> <br />order to correct the said dangers to public health and public safety, said <br /> <br />buildings must be razed and removed from said land. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 6179 ,A COpy OF WHICH <br /> <br />IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MARKED EXHIBIT 1: <br /> <br />1. Defendants, the owners of the above described parcels <br /> <br />of land, are hereby directed to raze and remove the building s located on <br /> <br />their parcels of land legally described herein and to remove all threat to <br /> <br />public health and safety now on said land, and to complete said razing <br />
