<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 18th day <br /> <br />of November, 1974, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Brennan, and Hess and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6181 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-27 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on the extensions of Huron Avenue, Dell- <br /> <br />wood Avenue and Merrill Street, south of Roselawn Avenue, and, <br /> <br />also, Ruggles Street from said extended Huron Avenue, east to <br /> <br />said extended Merrill Street by the installation of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, <br /> <br />drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br /> <br />Council on November 15, 1974, is hereby declared to be signed <br /> <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
