EXfRAO' OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE , MINNESOTA - HELD November 18, 1974 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, r,unnesota, was duly called and'! held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 18, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following were absent: None. Member Brennan introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLlITION NO. 6182 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Cmmci 1 of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter S~O; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: Civic Center Drive from Woodhill Drive to West County Road C be, and hereby is established, located and designated a ~unicipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street No. 240. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Demos and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
