<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER 25, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City COlUlcil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 25th <br />day of November, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Member Demos <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6183 <br /> <br />A RESOLUfION AMENDING A DEFERRED COMPENSATION <br />PLAN FOR A CERTAIN EMPLOYEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has previously established the ICMA <br />Retirement Corporation's deferred compensation plan for certain of <br />its employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ICMA Retirement Corporation has requested <br />that certain amendments be made to said plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said amendments assist the City by simplifying <br />the administration of said plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will assist its employees, at no cost <br />to itself, by the incorporation into said plan additional attractive <br />features, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOWED that the City amend its <br />Trust Agreement with the IOtA Retirement Corporation by substituting <br />therefor the Deferred Compensation Plan, attached hereto and hereby <br />authorizes its Mayor and Manager to execute the Deferred Compensation <br />Plan with the International City Management Association Retirement <br />Corporation; and <br />
