<br />EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CI1Y COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 9, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * ~ * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 9, 1974, at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 6186 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Douglas Lowe has served the City of Roseville as <br />Administrative Assistant for over two years and is <br />now leaving to assume a City Manager position in <br />Pennsylvania, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he has performed his responsibilities conscientiously <br />and served his fellow employees and Rosevil1e citizens <br />with complete sincerity, integrity and honesty, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Rosevi11e extends its thanks to Mr. Lowe for his <br />service to Rosevil1e and extends its best wishes for <br />his success in his future endeavors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Hess and upon a vote being taken, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor of the resolution: AI. 1 <br />present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
