EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEET ING OF THE CIIT COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 9, 1974 * n * * * * * * * * n * * * * * * * * n * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of December, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos and the following members were absent: None Member Brennan and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 6187 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Roseville to enter into a Lease with the County of Ramsey whereby the County of Ramsey will lease certain rooms in the Roseville City Hall for the operation of the Ramsey County Court; WlffiREAS, the City of Roseville requests and desires that regular terms of the Ramsey County Court be held in the City of Roseville; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIIT OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLCWrS: 1. The City of Roseville hereby requests the P~ey County court hold terms for the City of Roseville for the trial of all criminal actions and other matters as determined by the County Court and further requests that traffic and criminal arraignment be held at least once each week in the evening after 7:00 p.m. in accordance with Chapter 397 of the 1974 Session Laws amending Minnesota Statutes, 1973 Supplement, Section 488A.18 Subdivision 13. 2. 'lhe Manager and Mayor are hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Roseville to execute a Lease between the City of Roseville and the County of Ramsey, a copy of said Lease is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Demos and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None
