RESOLUTION NO. 618 A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEl,mf'rr i\\JD PREPArzATION OF PLANS ON ROSEDALE DRIVE D1PROVE0:El\1'J.' l\~lEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 10th day of September, 1962 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Roscdale Drive from the north right-of-way line of Roselawn Avenue to the south right-oE-way line of Draper Avenue by installation of sanitary sewer and surfacing of the street pursuant to a petition of affected property o~mers. .'\1'10 WHFI~EAS, ten day's published notice of the hearing throup:l1 two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hectring ''las held thereon on the 1st day of October, 1962, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 11-][ CClJNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, ~.lINNESOT A: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resohltion adopted September 10, 1962. 2. The ViUap;e Engineer is hereby desi,r:nated as the engineer for this improvement.
