<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Held - December 16, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held <br />in the City Hall of said City on Monday, the 16th day of December, <br />1974, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.. 6190 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING <br />ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign Technical and Engineering <br />Assistance Agreement MHD No. 30780 on behalf of the City of Roseville, <br />for the year 1975, copy of said Agreement is attached hereto and made <br />a part of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />,....-,,-. <br />
