<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - DECEMBER 16, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held <br />in the City Hall of said City on Monday, the 16th day of December, <br />1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6191 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subd. 1 <br />through 6, Minnesota Statutes, The Commission of Highways be appointed <br />as agent of the City of Roseville to let as its agent, contracts for <br />the construction of portions of Municipal Streets, for the year 1975, <br />and the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed for an on <br />behalf of the City Council to execute and enter into a contract with <br />the Commissioner of Highways prescribing the terms and conditions of <br />such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Depart- <br />ment of Highways Agency Contract Form No. 30774" a copy of which said form <br />was before the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the contractual <br />obligations therein contained. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
