<br />EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TI-lE CIlY <br />COONCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />December 16, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, FBmsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2701 North <br />Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, December 16, <br />1974. <br /> <br />The following members were present: l'v1ayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6192 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the <br />State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget <br />and establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1975, and ending December 31, 1974; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council does <br />hereby adopt the Evaluation and Update (December, 1974) of the <br />Compensation Plan in the Roseville Program for Supervisory and <br />Management Personnel. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
