<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD December 30, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the <br />Ci ty Hall in said City on the 30th day of December, 197.4, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Demos <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6194 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, persons listed as defendants in the <br />City Council's Order to Raze Buildings of November 20, <br />1974, have requested that an extension in time until <br />March 15, 1975, in which to clean up the property in <br />question; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to grant <br />such an extension provided that the defendants waive <br />personal service of an amendment of the Order and accept <br />service by mail; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Council's Order to Raze Buildings <br />dated November 20, 1974, and Resolution No. 6179 in- <br />corporating said Order are amended to provide that the <br />razing and removal of said buildings on the parcels in <br />question should be completed no later than March 15, <br />1975, rather than January 15, 1975. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Hess and <br />upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
