EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD December 30, 1974 * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Ci ty Hall in said City on the 30th day of December, 197.4, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following members were absent: Councilman Demos Member Brennan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6194 WHEREAS, persons listed as defendants in the City Council's Order to Raze Buildings of November 20, 1974, have requested that an extension in time until March 15, 1975, in which to clean up the property in question; WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to grant such an extension provided that the defendants waive personal service of an amendment of the Order and accept service by mail; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Council's Order to Raze Buildings dated November 20, 1974, and Resolution No. 6179 in- corporating said Order are amended to provide that the razing and removal of said buildings on the parcels in question should be completed no later than March 15, 1975, rather than January 15, 1975. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Hess and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
