<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, October 10, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT UL-94-14 <br />ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS, HEINEL DRIVE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the <br />proposed construction of Improvement UL-94-14 consisting of the installation of one ornamental street <br />light at the southern end of Heine I Drive as described in the Notice of Hearing at a total cost presently <br />estimated at $4,356.60 of which 100% is proposed to be assessed, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel <br />and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Mastel, Wiski" and V. Johnson and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of said City held on the 10th day of October, 1994, with the original thereof on file in my <br />office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Project UL-94-14. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 10th day of October, 1994. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~ <br />
