<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - December 30, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 30th day of December, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Demos <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6196 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a deficit of $6,600.00 will occur in the Employee <br />Benefit Insurance Fund due to settlements with the #320 and #49 Unions, <br />and to increased insurance cost, which occured after the tax levy <br />for 1974 was adopted. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a transfer of funds from the Contingency Fund to the <br />Employee Benefit Insurance Fund is necessary to cover this deficit <br />on 12-31-74. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville that $6,600.00 be transferred from the equity of the <br />Contingency Fund to the Employee Insurance Benefit Fund as follows: <br />Increase in Decrease in <br />Appropriation Appropriation <br />Employee Insurance Benfit Fund $ <br />6,600.00 <br /> <br />Contingency Fund <br /> <br />$6,600.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None <br />
