<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: January 13, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 13th day of January, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced the following reso- <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />6201 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-l7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted August 26, 1974, the Council haG <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a prelj,minary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Sherren <br />Street extended to Nancy Place and Nancy Place from Sherren Street <br />to Sandhurst Drive and Sandhurst Drive from Nancy Place to Vic- <br />toria Street by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing and drainage and <br />necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also <br />directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the pro- <br />posed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed <br />to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager.
