NOTICE OF HEARING ON I~~ROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-l7 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said City, on the 10th day of February, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-17 on Sherren Street extended to Nancy Place and Nancy Place from Sherren Street to Sandhurst Drive and Sandhurst Drive from Nancy Place to Victoria Street by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous'surfacing and drainage and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- mately $101,865.41. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: All those lots east of Milton Street, south of T.H. 36, west of Victoria Street and north of West County Road B, known as the following: Auditors 010-03 050-14 010-15 020-15 subdivision No. 060-16 100-17 110-17 120-17 160-17 46: and Sherren Street Addition: Lot 4, Block 1 (part of) Lot 043-02 (Block 2) All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above.
