<br />Extract of M~nutes of lieeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Rooevillb <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: January 13, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 13th day of January, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6202 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT A~lD <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-27 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted November 18, 1974, the Council <br />has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />on the extensions of Huron Avenue, Dellwood Avenue and Merrill <br />Street, south of Roselawn Avenue: and, also, Ruggles Street from <br />said extended Huron Avenue, east to said extended Merrill Street <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb <br />and gutter, bituminous surfacing, drainage facilities and neces- <br />sary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed <br />to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed im~ . <br />provement and as to whether such improvement should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The <br />preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and con- <br />sidered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be <br />placed on file in the office of the City ~~nager.
