EXTRACT OFMITNUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota. was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of October, 1994" at 5 :30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9126 PARKING PROlllBITION ON BOTH SIDES OF LINCOLN DRIVE FROM COUNTY ROAD C-2 TO TERRACE DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD C-2 FROM SNELLING AVENUE TO LINCOLN DRIVE WHEREAS, Lincoln Drive rrom County Road C-2 to Terrace Drive is a Municipal State Aid street (M.S.A No. S.AP. "160-216-051); and WHEREAS, County Road C-2 rrom Snelling Avenue to Lincoln Drive is a Municipal State Aid Street (M.S.A No. S.AP. 160-247-010); and WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards, including the prohibition of parking, to be eligible for State Aid funding; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of Lincoln Drive from County Road C-2 to Terrace Drive and on both sides of County Road C-2 rrom Snelling Avenue to Lincoln Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
