Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: January 13, 1975 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of January, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Demos, Brennan and Hess and the following were absent: None Councilman Demos lution and moved its adoption: introduced the following reso- Resolution No. 6204 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-14 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted August 12, 1974, the Council haEi directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the area bounded by Capitol View on the south, Bismarck Avenue on the n'orth, Western Avenue on the west and Marion Street on the east by the installation of storm sewer facilities and necessary appur- tenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improve- ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made ~s proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The pre~' liminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-74-l4.
