<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: January 13, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council <br />of the City of Rosevil1e met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 13th day of January, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Brennan and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />6204 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted August 12, 1974, the Council haEi <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the <br />area bounded by Capitol View on the south, Bismarck Avenue on the <br />n'orth, Western Avenue on the west and Marion Street on the east <br />by the installation of storm sewer facilities and necessary appur- <br />tenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to <br />include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made ~s <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The pre~' <br />liminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to <br />be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The <br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-74-l4. <br />
