<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-l4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in <br />said City, on the lOth day of February, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., <br />to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. ST-74-l4 in the area <br />bounded by Capitol View on the south, Bismarck Avenue on the north, <br />Western Avenue on the west and Marion Street on the east by the <br />installation of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public in- <br />spection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $61,113.60.
