NG OF THE CITY COUNCI L <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 27, 1975 <br /> <br />Purs uant to due calland noti ce thereof, a regu1 ar meeti ng of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, f'linnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said City on the 27th day' of January, 1975. <br /> <br />The fo110winq members were present: M <br />- ayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br />and the following members \^/ere absent: N <br />. one <br /> <br />t'1ember Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6208 <br /> <br />A RESOLUT!o;~ FOR~1ALLY DEDICATING CIVIC CENTER DRIVE AS A PUBLIC ROAm~AY <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the Ci ty of Rosevil1 e is the owner of property west of <br /> <br />Lexi ngton Avenue, north of t~es t County Road C and south of Hoodhi 11 Dri ve, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />\mEREAS, with the construction of a new City Hall structure, <br />access is req ui red by a new road\.'/ay des i gnated as CI VI C CENTER DRI VE, and <br />tJHEREAS, this roadway is on the ~~innesota State Aid System and <br /> <br />as such, must be publicly dedicated. <br /> <br />NmJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville that Civic Center Drive be hereby formally dedicated as a <br /> <br />public roadway, sixty feet in width, along the following centerline <br /> <br />description: <br />
