<br />EXTRACT OF r.1LWTES OF i1EETING OF TilE CITY COUi,lCIL <br />OF ROSEVI LLE, r\lU[~ESOTA, - HELD JAiJUARY 27, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, t1innesota, was duly called <br /> <br />and held at the City Ilall in said City on the 27th day of ,January, 1975. <br /> <br />The fo llmJi ng members ~"ere present: <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />r~ember Demos <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6209 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTIOiJ PROIlIBITIrJG Pt'\RKING OF VEHICLES ON <br />CIVIC CENTER DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Civic Center Drive is on the Minnesota State Aid <br /> <br />Highway System, and <br />I..JtiEREAS, the proposed wi dth of the roadway is thi rty-s i x feet <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />requi res that parki ng be prolli bi ted on one side of the road~Ja'y <br /> <br />to be eligible for Minnesota State Aid funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with State <br />regulations that parking sllall be prohibited on Civic Center Drive between <br />County Road C and \~oodhi 11 Dri ve for so lonq as the roadway shall be on <br />the Minnesota State Aid System. <br />
