<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevl11e, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day <br /> <br />of February, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan~ and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Brennan introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6211 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-l4B <br /> <br />~nmREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville lying generally in the area bounded by State Trunk <br /> <br />Highway 36 on the south, bounded on the north by a line 200 <br /> <br />feet north of Minnesota Avenue, bounded on the west by the west <br /> <br />line of Capitol View Hills Addition extended northerly, and <br /> <br />bounded on the east by Rice Street by the construction of storm <br /> <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />
