Sanitary sewer cost is $6,761 which would be approximately $6 a front foot assessment. Sanitary sewer service cost is estimated at $230 a lot. Watermain cost of $7,356 would be at $7.42 per lot. Water service of $4,060 would be $290 a lot. Adding that up, the project would be 100% assessed with assess- ments spread over 20 years. Assuming it's done this year we would have an assessment hearing this fall and collections would commence in 1976, with the right of prepayment. If not prepaid, there would be an 8% carrying charge. MAYOR LINEBARGER: I will ask the Manager to read any s ta tements . MR. ANDRE: We have a letter from Kortsan, Inc., 2426 Stewart Avenue.
