Alternate A--excuse me--on Alternate C there's approximately
$300 less than Alternate A, is that right?

MR. HONCHELL: About $250.

MR. O'MEARA: I think this probably offsets quite a bit
of the inequities that Ken Reinhardt mentioned with the storm
sewer that's already in the area. I happen to be the owner
of the majority of that property that (inaudible) storm sewer
go through it at that time and if there's some compromise
that can be reached because of this inequity I'd certainly be
glad to accept that, I guess. I also own Lots 14 and l5 which
it was brought up--they have a narrow frontage at the front
and that they may in fact not be developed into two lots. I
guess my only answer is that I'd be willing to take my chances
on those lots. They're both ideal lots for development and
there's no doubt that we would have to have some waiver because
of the short frontage there, but I think with a properly
designed home they would make beautiful lots.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: It doesn't appear there's anyone
else that would like to be heard. We've given you all a chance
to speak.

MR. HARLEN D. JEPPESEN, 2203 N. Victoria~ Can I have a
copy of the minutes of this one section here sent to me.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: I'll have to refer that to the Manager.
I don't know if the minutes in complete detail are going to
be transcribed or not.

MR. JEPPESEN: And that letter I wrote.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: That will be entered in the minutes.
I will close the hearing now.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY: It seems to be evident to most people--
I think it's my opinion that the land should be developed. Just
a little bid (inaudible) technicalities when we talk about
Alternate A and B, but I think that the Public Works Administra-
tor's recommendation (inaudible) and I would have to favor P~n
A.

COUNCILMAN DEMOS: If Plan A was the one petitioned for,
that takes three votes. . Would Plan B take 4?
