<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of October, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9128 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, CITY PROJECTS 93-15 AND 92-23 <br />ARTHUR STREET EXTENSION AND JOHN ROSE OVAL PARKING LOT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on August 23, 1993, T. A. Schifsky and <br />Sons, Inc. of North S1. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with <br />City Projects 93-15 and 92-23, Arthur Street extension approximately 600 feet north of County Road C <br />and John Rose Oval north parking lot <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOT A, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br />the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, <br />Wiski, and V.
