<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD February 24, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 24, <br />1975. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6222 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE A PART OF LOT 16, AUDITOR'S <br />SUBDIVISION NO. 46, WHICH IS TAX FORFEITED LAND, FOR SHERREN <br />STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to extend Sherren Street over <br />part of Lot 16, Auditor's Subdivision No. 46, according to the plat <br />thereof, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North 72/100 feet of said Lot 16 is tax forfeited <br />land, presently owned by the State of Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said amount is needed to extend Sherren Street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to make applica- <br />tion for conveyance of the North 72/100 feet of Lot 16, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 46, as tax forfeited land, to the City of Roseville <br />for street purposes. <br /> <br />The motion forthe adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan <br /> <br />, and upon a vote being <br />
