<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Shaw - Lindquist Assoc., Inc. is <br /> <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder on Project C at the tabulated <br /> <br /> <br />price of $1,228,415: and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossen is the lowest <br />responsible bidder on Project D at the tabulated price of <br />$ 82,004. 95 : <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into contracts with Shaw - Lindquist Assoc., <br />Inc. for $1,228,415 for Project C: C. S. McCrossen for $82,004.95 <br />for Project D, in the name of the City of Rosevil1e for con- <br />struction of the above projects according to the plans and <br />specifications thereof hereto approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidders and the next <br />lowest bidders shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Demos and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />, <br />
