EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of November, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, wiski, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9129 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED PARCEL WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has determined that the following described tax forfeited land is required for street right-of-way purposes; Registered land survey 70 subject to STH 51/125 and Snelling Curve Tract A, city of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota: PIN 10-29-23-22-0021-8 WHEREAS, acquisition of the above referenced parcels would be consistent with the City's street plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax forfeited land for street right-of-way; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution and application for conveyance of said tax forfeited land in the office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, wiski, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
