For8 .-lliD. 2523 (6-74) Richard Brennan Counc ilman seconded by Roger Hess Councilman to -wit: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Minnesota has caused to be prepared: plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35W , within the corporate limits of the City of Rosevil1e , from the West. County Line to East Junction T.R. 36 to and, IVHEREAS, said plans are on file in the Office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minne- sota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 6284-87 (35W=394) and, \~EREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 6284-87 (35W=394) , and which, together with, the Minnesota Department of Highways Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1972, as amended by Minnesota Department of Highways Supple- mental Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1974, will govern, and which are on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway No. 394 , renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35W ; and, WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so narked, labeled and identified are also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and, WHEREAS, the term, said plans and special provisions, as hereinafter used in the body of this n~dui~~iuh will be deemed ana intenJed to mean, refer to and incorporate the plans Bnd ,pecial provisions in the fore~oing recitals particularly identified and described; and,
