<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD March 10, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on March <br />10, 1975. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, <br /> <br />Curley, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6231 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELEASING LOT 6 AND PART OF LOT 7, BLOCK 3, <br />ROBERTS ADDITION, PLAT 2 FROM CERTAIN DRAINAGE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat known as Roberts Addition, Plat 2 was <br />filed in June of 1953 and Lot 6 and the North 10 feet of Lot 7, <br />Block 3, of said plat was reserved for drainage purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1968 the City of Roseville completed storm <br />water improvements in and around the above lots which improvements <br />make it unnecessary for said drainage restrictions to be preserved, <br />except as set forth below, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville hereby releases entirely all drainage <br />restrictions over Lot 6 and the North 5 feet of Lot 7, Block 3, <br />Roberts Addition, Plat 2, preserving, however, an easement for <br />storm water drainage over the South 5 feet of the North 10 feet <br />of said Lot 7. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Brennan <br /> <br />, and upon a vote <br /> <br />being taken the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br />
