<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD March 10 , 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall <br />said City on the 10th day of March , 1975, at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />in <br />o'clock <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Demos, Hess, Brenn~ Curley, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6232 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />feels it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />participate in the Comprehensive Employment and Training <br />Act of 1973 whereby federal funds will be used to employ <br />unemployed or underemployed persons in public employment; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to facilitate participation in such program <br />it is necessary for the City to enter into an agreement <br />with Ramsey County the prime sponsor for participation <br />in the program in Ramsey County, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter <br />into an agreement with Ramsey County setting forth the <br />particulars of the City of Roseville's participation in <br />the CETA Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Brennan ' and upon a <br />vote being held thereon, the following voted in favor <br />
