<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD March 10, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the city Hall in said City on March 10, 1975 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6233 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS OVER CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED <br /> <br />LAND . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has ordered in improvements for sanitary <br />sewer, water and storm drainage through Improvement No. 74-12, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will place certain of those improvements <br />over the Westerly portion of Lot 26, Block 1, Midway Hills <br />Rearrangement of Como Garden Lots, which is presently tax forfeited, <br />as shown on the attached map; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby requests the Board of County <br />Commissioners for Ramsey County or the State of Minnesota to grant <br />a permanent easement to the City of Roseville over the West 5 feet <br />of the South 95.6 feet of Lot 26, Block 1, Midway Hills Rearrangement <br />of Como Garden Lots, for a public use, to-wit: the installation of <br />sanitary sewer and water lines and for storm drainage contiguous <br />
