<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />Ci ty of Rasev ill e <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, 1'1innesota, HdS duly held <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />i1onday, the <br /> <br />10th <br /> <br />day of March <br /> <br />197~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o I C 1 oc k P .11 . <br /> <br />The following members \'iere present: <br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />f'lember <br /> <br />Demos <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6234 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATHIG TO APPORTION~lEiH OF ASSESS('iENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the assessment rol 'I s for various improvements for the Ci ty <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionm~nt <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />in ct'der that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NQ;l, THEREFORE, the Ci ty Ccunci 1 of the Ci ty of Rosevi1l e does , <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />fallowing described properties: <br />
