<br />THEREFORE I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />of such approved plans and specifications. <br />for Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-12 <br />shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work <br />to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment <br />for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by <br />the City Manager until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on April 22, 1975, at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the <br />City Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be <br />tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. on April 28, 1975 in the Council Chambers and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check <br />or bid bond payable to the manager for ten percent (l~/o) of <br />the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />cause to be <br />paper, and in the <br />bids upon the making <br />The advertisement <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Brennan <br /> <br />and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
