<br />EXTRACT OF MrnNUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the fourteenth day of November, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wi ski, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9130 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF MIL TON STREET <br />AS PLATTED IN SHERREN STREET ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to <br />determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City ofRoseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be <br />beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, <br />hereby vacates that portion of Milton Street over the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of Milton Street lying easterly of the west line of Lot 4, Block 1, Sherren Street <br />Addition extended southerly to the south line of said Sherren Street Addition, in and for the <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CounciImember Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Wiski, and V.
