<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Rosevi11e Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />for Combined Improvement of 1975, ST-74-14 and ST-74-14B shall <br />be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be <br />done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for <br />such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the <br />City Manager until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on April 10, 1975, at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the <br />City Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be <br />tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. on April 14, 1975 in the Council Chambers and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check <br />or bid bond payable to the manager for ten percent (l~~) of <br />the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
