<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OR ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />l. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />for Combined Storm Sewer Improvements of 1975 shall be published <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />state that the bids will be received by the City Manager until <br />9:00 o'clock a.m. on April 10, 1975, at which time they will be <br />publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and City <br />Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be con- <br />sidered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on April 14, 1975 <br />in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered un- <br />less sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the manager <br />for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hess and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All; and the following <br /> <br />against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly <br /> <br />passed and adopted. <br />
