<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD: MARCH 17, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the city Hall in said City on the 17 day of March, 1975 <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6238 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville previously vacated <br />the below described portion of Grandview Avenue; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council <br />to rededicate such property for street and utility purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South <br />One-half (1/2) of Grandview Avenue lying between the <br />extensions across said avenue of east and west lines <br />of Lot 29, Block 5, Rice Street Grandview Addition <br />be dedicated for the following public purposes, to-wit, <br />street and underground utility purposes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Brennan <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in <br />favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
