EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD March 17, 1975 * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of March , 1975. at 7;30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following members were absent: None Member Demos introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6239 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF LEASE ON LEXINGTON AVENUE LIQUOR STORE. WHEREAS, on May 3, 1965, the City of Roseville and LaRose Corporation entered into a lease agreement whereby Roseville would lease the store located at 1740 North Lexington Avenu~ Roseville, Minnesota, for the purposes of a retail liquor store. WHEREAS, said lease expires on May 3, 1975, and at Roseville's option, Roseville may enter into a five (5) year extension of said lease, WHEREAS, in the past, there have been mechanical problems with the furnance located in said store and LaRose Corporation has promised that if the lease is renewed, the furnance will be repaired or replaced at LaRose Corporation's expense. WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the City of Roseville to enter into such a lease renewal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: On the condition that the furnance in the premises is repaired or replaced at the expense of the LaRose Corporation, the lease agreement between the City of Roseville and LaRose Corporation covering the Roseville liquor store at 1740 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, will be
